A wonderful way to bond with your baby, regain your strength, connect with others and feel great.

  

Our postnatal yoga sessions focus on rebuilding 3 main areas: the back, the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. We work at a pace to suit you. As these key areas are interconnected, we work on all three at once to help bring back structural integrity to the body.

  

You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques for the mind and body, which will help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax with baby.

  

If mummy is relaxed, this relaxes the baby too!


Yoga helps you to deal with stress and encourages mindful relaxation, guiding you back to your former self. 


Please bring baby along too - don’t worry if they need you during the class. This is about looking after you, so we have created a class that will enable you to work with the needs of your body and your baby.
