Hi I am a Yoga Teacher, PT and Fitness Instructor, as well as mum to a 10-year-old daughter.
I am so excited to be part of the Little Legs team, bringing Hatha Yoga classes for both mums-to-be and postnatal mothers. Yoga is great for the mind and body, and can help in supporting a positive pregnancy and birthing experience. I also hope that my classes will bring ladies together to share pregnancy and birthing experiences.
I look forward to welcoming you to the mat, whether you are a first time mummy or have experience to share.
