Toddler and Pre-school Yoga classes
When children learn yoga at a young age, the benefits ripple out into their everyday life activities. Our sensory and yoga-inspired programme is a great way of introducing toddlers (18 months to 3 years old) and pre-school aged children (3-5 years old) to exploring and learning in a playful way through a carefully thought-out series of yoga stretches and movements, accompanied by stories, songs and relaxation. For more information on the benefits of Yoga classes - check out our webpage. To book sessions for your setting please click here
Zumbini® is our newest addition! Created by Zumba and BabyFirst TM, Zumbini® is an early childhood education program that uses original music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine/gross motor skill, and emotional development from children ages 0 – 4. It's 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun! Interested in adding these sessions to your setting - click here and let us know!
Practitioner Diploma in Toddler and Pre-school Yoga
As you can see above we offer Toddler and Pre-school Yoga classes but what better way to ensure they are being used in your setting than to undertake a Practitioner Diploma in Toddler & Pre School Yoga in a Childcare Setting,. This will enable you to help young children experience the well-being properties of yoga, mindfulness and sensory inspired sessions yourself and give your setting the opportunity to develop and run your own programme with your own children. See the flyer attached for more details on the programme and contact us here to register your interest.
Baby Massage Instructor Training
Before babies learn to speak, one of the key ways you can communicate with your child is through touch. Baby massage is one of the earliest – and easiest – things you can do for your baby, and it’s a great way to bond. Positive, loving touch – like that used in baby massage – has been proven to have a substantial physical, emotional, mental and social benefit to babies who are regularly massaged by their parents/caregivers. We offer Instructor training so you can learn how to provide this service within your setting.
Baby Yoga Instructor Training
Designed with the Early Years Foundation Stage in mind, our baby yoga courses use interactive stories, songs and dance to encourage physical and cognitive development, and explore a different theme each week – dinosaurs, the jungle, farmyard animals, weather, space, and seasons, to name just a few! Become an instructor and you can introduce this yourself in your setting.
