One of the challenges of being a new parent is that, in the beginning, there can be a lot of things you don’t understand about communicating with your baby because you are still getting to know each other!
By doing baby yoga, you will learn some really useful techniques to help you ‘have a conversation’ with your baby right from the start, and gain a deeper understanding of how to communicate with each other.
What’s more, baby yoga is a wonderful way for mums to ease back into exercise, gain a deeper understanding of their babies’ development, and spend valuable time engaging and bonding with them.
Designed with the Early Years Foundation Stage in mind, our baby yoga courses use interactive stories, songs and dance to encourage physical and cognitive development, and explore a different theme each week – dinosaurs, the jungle, farmyard animals, weather, space, and seasons, to name just a few!
Baby yoga is a natural successor to baby massage, though it is not essential for your baby to have attended massage before starting yoga.
